UK Standard delivery (Royal Mail Signed for Service Tracked 48) - £4.99 Orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 2-4 working days; exclusions include Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.
Next Working Day Delivery -£9.99 orders placed before 10am (Monday -Thursday) to most areas of the UK should arrive the next working day subject to availability. Please note express delivery cost is none refundable
What is your shipping cost & times for international orders?
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (We do not refund delivery cost on international order) If the cost of posting your items is higher, we will inform you how much it will be and might ask you to pay the extra.

What is your return policy?
We have a 28days return policy for non-sale items /14days for sale items. Return request outside this timeframe will not be approved.
What condition should I return my order?

What is your refunds policy?
Once we receive and has inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed from the day we receive the return item. Please keep hold of your return tracking number until we confirm refund. Credit/Debit card, Apple pay refund will show on your account within 3- 7 working days PayPal and Klarna can take between 7-10working days to clear into your account For order Outside of UK please note, the original delivery charges will not be included in your refund.
What are your exceptions / non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, pierced jewellery, beauty products where the cellophane packaging seal has been removed.
